"I bought a new waterheater from Stevenson Plumbing on 03/30/2020 the waterheater included all items required to bring it to the required Tulsa City Code, this included a cold water surge tank and two waterhammer control valves. I had no idea how his so called plumber installed the surge tank as i am not a plumber but his plumber installed the surge tank on the hot water side of waterheater not on the cold side where it should be installed, this Saturday June 17 2023 i found a room flooded and found the water was coming from the surge tank installed on the waterheater. I called a plumber Roto Rooter and the plumber informed me the surge tank was installed wrong and was surprised the tank had lasted this long, he installed a new surge tank on the cold side of waterheater and charged me $349 dollars. I also have around $1000 dollars in water damage not covered by insurance, i called Mr. Stevenson told him what happened, also sent him in e-mail a picture of how his plumber had installed the surge tank and a picture of the new tank installed correctly. All Mr. Stevenson said was he nolonger used that plumber and he was sorry that was it, even being he sold me this system and he knows he should stand behind it he offered not a penney, myself i won't ever use him again. So if you use Stevenson Plumbing i highly advise asking for a fully licensed plumber to do any work at your home, and don't expect Mr. Stevenson for anything if things go wrong."

"We've used Stevenson Plumbing before with great results. Recently, I called to schedule someone to come out but got their voicemail. In the meantime, I scheduled someone else to come out. However, even after learning that I had scheduled another plumber, the Stevenson rep asked questions and helped me over the phone to see if he could talk me through the issue. A few hours later, he even called back to follow up. I thought that was some above and beyond customer service even knowing that I had a different plumber scheduled to come out. I was definitely impressed by that."

"I had my adult daughter at the house their plumber came showed him the three sinks we needed worked on he called me and told me what was needed and the cost, I told him the work I could afford right now, which was $400, he said ok, told my daughter he would be back and left, never returned. I called the office number which went to an answering machine again and that same plumber called me back from his personal cell phone number to see what work i was needing, I guess my work wasn't expensive enough for him to waste his time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"
