"I asked them to send up my ring for a band exchange due to damages. After about 27 days I never received a call about my ring so the day after the promised date I gave them a call and they said it had arrived. When I had went to pick it up they presented the first ring then proceeded to drop it 3 TIMES and had claimed to have replace it. This however is not the case. It seems to have sat in the drawer for 30 days. I then had to wait another 40-50 minutes for the manager just to tell me that they had replaced the ring and all they could do is send it back up again. This however was not possible due to the fact I PCS out of country in a couple weeks. I suggest taking business elsewhere due to negligence. By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had during a transaction."

"I’m very disappointed in Helzberg in Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City. I have bought a lot of jewelry with them over the last 20 years. The warranty is great, anything happens and they fix it. That is true they do. But the service inside the store is not great. They are not friendly anymore if you are not buying. Their phone etiquette is really bad. I have to stay with them due to the lifetime warranty on my jewelry but I will probably not be purchasing from them anymore. They have very beautiful jewelry but bad customer service."
