"Impeccable customer service and gorgeous items. I ordered online and picked up in store. They took extra steps to ensure I had my order set as it was in high demand and sold out online. It was refreshing to be in such a kind and professional retail environment."

"I was extremely disappointed with the customer service in this store today. When I provided the employee with the item I wanted to purchase, she went to the back of the store and when she came back she did not show me what I was purchasing to allow me to look it over. Also, when checking out my ID was not verified for the birthday discount. I was not offered the additional earrings and necklace that you can purchase at a lower price. I had to ask about it. After making my purchase I was handed the receipt with the two pouches instead of the items being nicely placed in a bag. As I was leaving my daughter and I were like wait a minute. This is not the standard of a Kendra Scott experience and asked for a bag for the items. Although I do live in Edmond I will make the drive to OKC if and when I decide to purchase another Kendra Scott item."

"I always choose this location in OKC. The staff is always professional and kind. It is easy to get assistance when needed, but was able to shop independently. It is quick and easy to make exchanges with faulty items. They have a large selection with plenty of shopping space. I have always been able to check out quickly as well. I've purchased items here on 3 separate occasions now."
