"The man who owns the place is so rude its unbelievable. He will literally laugh at you and offer you a dollar if he is ignorant on a piece you bring in to sell. They also mark their items up insanly high. For instance having an indenture contract (land deed) from the 1700s and try to sell it for $500 dollars when you can order one online for $150. Go to 23rd street where they are nice and respectful... it is much larger with better selections."
"The owners were very rude and insulting. I was offered a dollar amount from owner Dr.? which I accepted even though it was not what I wanted. The other owner Hugh Bennett butted in and under minded the Dr. by offering an even lower offer which I refused. Then they both started coming up with every excuse under the sun why my antique table and chairs was not worth much and they would buy it just to get it off my hands. I have bought several items from this store but I will never buy anything from them again!"
