They tried telling me that the ring I had bought wasn't their ring. They would not refund the money. "I had my wedding ring made here in 2017, and we got my husband's ring here too. My ring turned out beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. I referred a friend here, and her husband got her engagement ring there and she LOVED it. My husband had gold cross necklace that he broke, I took it in and they fixed it very quickly. I also had to have a diamond replaced and they fixed it - and quickly. My great grandparents used this jeweler, which is why I went in the first place and they are awesome! Highly recommend.
