Fix My Phone Plus

"This was the best experience in customer service I have had in a long while. I called to ask if they would be able to fix my computer screen and over the phone Paul helped me find my computer type, screen type and got off the phone and spent time finding the appropriate screen and then got back to me with a confident yes. I then brought it in and he was responsive and timely and just absolutely nice. Paul was the best and this was a great experience and now I have my computer back which I use for work without having the hassle of buying a whole a new computer. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Also to note, I called a few other places in Edmond and almost every single one of them were rude about the fact I was "calling" and asked me to come in or stated an estimate twice the amount Paul said without looking up my specific computer screen. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the NW OKC/Edmond area, stop and come here!"

"*UPDATE* After speaking with Paul. He went through and fix ALL the issues with the phone and it now is back 100%. He even went above and beyond by fixing issues that he didn't cause and brought it all the way to me. At first I thought this was a good deal and great service. That was until yesterday (6/4/23) back story: Approx 2 months ago I brought in an iPhone 13 pro max to have the back glass replaced. Everything was done same day. Thought great! Well about 3 weeks later the back glass breaks. So we saved up to replace it again. My bad no insurance. Ok so we take it in to a different repair company yesterday. They explain to me that the battery is swelling and it's dangerous. He explains there's glass in the battery. Ok.. so we leave that store since they don't have the battery in stock and go to another store that does. Well. They tell me the same thing. There's glass in the battery. So after they replace the battery. They explain that who ever replaced the back glass before didn't clean the casing or area around the battery well enough and left glass in there and that punctured the battery causing the swelling. It could have exploded on us at any time. So I am now out the cost of a new battery and back glass for this phone all because they left glass in the battery casing. Oh and on top of all this they other company also told me that whoever replaced the back glass prior also CUT the wire for the flashlight on the back. So that can be repaired for an additional cost. So far I'm out $250 to fix this phone from taking it here. I'll be out an additional $100 to fix the light when I get that up. I understand mistakes happen but this was scary. Finding out that this phone could have exploded at anytime because of glass in the battery is a big mistake that shouldn't have happened."
