"No one likes going to the doctor. However, Dr. McMaster has an easy-going and accommodating manner that makes caring for your health much more comfortable. I also appreciate being able to get a flu shot or lab work with just a phone call and a few hours notice. We are all busy, and the office staff at Hobble Creek are always helpful and welcoming."
"Both of my kids see Dr. Mark Davenport. We have since moved away from Springville but I make the commute so they can continue to be seen by him. He is amazing with my kids, very knowledgeable, always on top of things, easy to talk to and work with, and doesn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for them. The staff are genuinely nice and professional as well."
"We’ve come in a few times just because it’s close, but to be honest this is my least favorite pediatric office we’ve ever been to. Doctors: not intentionally unhelpful, but rushing too fast and we felt like a number at a drive through with the doctor clocking how fast he could get us out the door. - more frustrating was that my kids needed a TB test for upcoming travel and when one child asked what TB was the doctor said he didn’t have time to explain - inattentive to whose child’s chart he was looking at or which child he was talking to Nurses have always been kind and attentive in our experience - it’s the redeeming part of our experiences. Office staff & procedures: horrible, they have a really long checkin process with lots of red tape and paperwork. Staff has never been friendly in my experience, and look like they hate their jobs."
