"While we always wish that repair can be less pricey, it always hurts a bit. The pain is a bit less of an issue though when you have nice and informative employees who take care of the job with class and professionalism. We have used Spot On a few times now. This time was no different. After cleaning the diverter of build up, we noticed a leak when we took showers. It was spraying back into the wall and caused the carpet to be wet. The Spot On team called us in advance to alert their arrival time. They assessed the issue, explained their findings, gave the estimate, and made the repair after we approved it. But it didn’t stop there. They did a walkthrough of the other faucets and spigots to ensure any issues were known and addressed. It is hard to find informative and professional companies these days. They were above and beyond both. Please consider using them should the need arise."

"Brandon was amazing! We had a fairly unique issue, where a cat got into the attic and fell into a void 7-8 feet down behind a gas fireplace insert. Spot on Plumbing was willing to come out a few hours after we called on a Saturday and give it a shot. Rather than remove the gas fireplace insert, Brandon was able to shimmy through the attic and climb down inside the void to rescue the cat. Very resourceful and great problem-solving!"
