"They were able to take out a broken charger piece from my phone charger port. It was stuck in there for 2 years, tried to take it out at home, even superglue didn’t work. The service was inexpensive, and I’m relieved that I no longer have to use the wireless charger."
"I absolutely do not recommend this company or any of its affiliates. The problems started with a backglass repair for an iPhone 12 Pro. After picking up my phone they had managed to break the flash and the power button. After fixing the power button the flash still continued to not work. I decided to just deal with when all of a sudden all charging stopped working roughly 2 weeks later. I took the phone back to the store to get it fixed, they told me they were unable to fix it within the original time frame given and then proceeded to send it to another shop We Fix Phone. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager or any supervisor this never happened. No refund was ever given for shoddy work but I was provided a free $10 screen protector for my troubles. I ended up having to buy a new phone after getting this phone diagnosed by another company. I highly recommend literally any other business besides Fast Bros or We Fix Phone if you are in the Edmond area. This entire ordeal has cost me close to $1000 because of incompetence."
