"I thought it was cool that this pipe had a built in filter, so I bought if from this store. When I got home and looked closer, the filter is actually made from plastic! This product cannot be used as intended without inhaling highly toxic plastic fumes. I live 3 minutes away and returned to the store immediately and asked to exchange the unsafe product, because I didn't want to use it as designed and inhale melting plastic fumes. The girl that sold it to me stopped me in my tracks and said she couldn't exchange it under any circumstance. I considered the girls situation of being caught between store policy and the unlawfulness of selling a blatantly dangerous product, and at first I actually felt empathetic. I left my phone number and asked for her to ask the owner to call me, and the girl rudely said he's a busy guy and indicated that he probably won't care much. That angered me. I left my number anyway, and told her if I wasn’t contacted by the owner, he would be contacted by an attorney. She proceeded to argue with me for a minute about laws that she clearly doesnt fully grasp. I've performed intake services for multiple lawfirms, and I know a product liability case when I see one, --and attorneys will often take product liability cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning I could likely pursue this case for no up front cost to myself. The owner won't remember me, but he actually attended to me personally once when I visited the shop, and seemed to be a nice guy. I was irritated by the situation but believed the owner would probably make things right, so I was actually going to buy another pipe. The girl refused service and said that I was making her uncomfortable. Then she followed me out the door to hang out in her friends car in front of the store (when I'd first bought the pipe 10 minutes earlier, I walked into an abandoned store and then she came inside behind me). Owner: please do what's right, and just exchange the unsafe product, tomorrow. I didn't even ask for a refund, just to switch it with a pipe that is safe to use. We haven't interacted regarding this incident and I can't hold it against you personally, unless you actually are as dismissive of this situation as your employee indicated you would be. It's an $8 pipe, but after this experience it's also a matter of principle and basic human respect. I hope you find yourself some better help. -Brandon"

"The owner and a store employee gave me a gift bag the very first time went in and welcomed me as a new customer. It had fancy chocolate, some Kratom powder, two joint holders, and came in a nice paper bag. On Sundays, they do 30% off, which is very cool compared to most other vape shops that give you "points" towards your next purchase when you buy something. Overall I give them 5 stars based on customer service, store quality, and product knowledge."
