"I’m fairly new to smoking cigars and was looking for B&M places to find some cigars that I wanted to try, and found Tobacco Exchange through a Google search. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the guys that worked there, and by one of the most friendly fur babies I have had the pleasure to meet, “Boomer”! I was told that if I needed any help, to be sure and ask. I looked around the wonderfully (almost overwhelming) humidor and picked out a few sticks that I have been wanting to try. I asked if they had a brand that I was looking for and was told they that they didn’t have it at the OKC location but did at the Edmond shop and would be glad to get some transferred in if I wanted to come back later. I declined as I am from out of town. I checked out with my purchases and was very surprised the total was lower than I was expecting. After I left, I was even more surprised to find the stick in my bag that they threw in for free! I found myself later in the day near their Edmond shop and stopped in to pick up a couple of those sticks I had asked about. When I walked in the door, the manager, who was at the OKC store when I was there earlier, recognized me and immediately headed to the humidor to get the brand I had been asking about without even asking! Super service and selections! I’ll be back!"
