"We were able to get an appointment for the next day. JD was prompt, friendly, professional, and got the job done. This was the third time JD has fixed a problem for us and each time he did a wonderful job. The first time was when the kitchen sink clogged the day before Thanksgiving. He saved our holiday that year and cemented our decision to use Torch. We have been satisfied with every service call and even bought our new AC/furnace from them. Five stars all the way!"

"Matt was great. As I was sharing with my husband, Matt was the consummate professional, he was very knowledgeable, he was patient and so incredibly helpful. We had a manufacturer issue with the Moen faucet we ordered. I called Ferguson where we purchased the faucet, Matt took the time to explain exactly to the representative what the issue was. Long story short, we picked up the new hose which ended up not being the correct one. Matt did not give up. He managed to put parts together and got us up and running! No complaints. "Torch would contacted me frequently about what was happening and who would be working at my house. All of the employees were nice to talk with and informative whenever I had questions. I would definitely use their services again. Cougar A. was one of my Service Experts. He did a great job. They found my leek and repaired it in good time. He was nice and would answer any questions I had. They filled in the hole and did a great job making it look like they hadn't been there. You can see they were but you have to look for it."
