"Called to fix a small leak that was causing a stain on the downstairs bedroom ceiling, next day had water flowing from the hole they cut to access the leak and somehow it’s not related to their work the day before…really? ..please. Just another $500 plus the first $300….no problem. Still looking for a good plumber."
"Let me start off by saying that Mullin Plumbing are absolute professionals! From making the appointment, to keeping in contact through text messages, to the service technicians. I’ve NEVER experienced great customer satisfaction from a contractor as I did with Mullin! Hank Wiley was my technician. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring! This man went way above and beyond the call of duty as did his assistant Dennis! It is so nice to know that there are still some decent people out there! I will always continue to use Mullin Plumbing for anything that I may need for my home. Great customer service, and awesome attention to detail in every aspect!"
"Great service. We had your technician Jason Kirk come out and do a couple of jobs on our bathrooms. He was very professional and polite, he did a great job and had us up and running in no time at all. I recommend him highly. Thanks, Roger and Kay Harmon"
"$500 to install a garbage disposal - including $82 for $10 worth of pvc. Now I can't turn on power to the disposal due to fire/shock hazard. Did no prep work, like communicating with the customer to determine whether I or they would be providing the unit or bringing incidental items they might need, such as pvc u joints. Did not bother to read the instructions on the unit to see that there was a sensor that is supposed to face outward. He just jumped under the cabinet with his tools. I had to suggest turning off the power to the unit before he started. I should have known then or when they insisted that the home disposal I purchased at Home Depot was a "Commercial" unit and because of that, he wouldn't warranty it. It is not a commercial unit and is known to be a suitable replacement for the one that was there. Without informing the homeowner, they cut the hardwire that goes from the wall to the disposal and cut the removable power cord that came with the disposal, spliced them together with wire-nuts and left exposed copper right by the water source. Before I realized they'd cut the removable cord, I thought they'd just taken it when they cleaned up and called to ask if I could get it back so that I could have it when I call an electrician to fix it. When they called back about the cable, they told me that they'd cut the cord and couldn't return it. I told them they should have asked before they cut it because I wouldn't have opted for them to do that. They became verbally abusive, yelling that they made a choice and they stand by it. In an attempt to diffuse the situation, I reminded him that I was not asking him for anything, that I'd find a way to cover it or deal with it until I could get it fixed and I'd just call Moen for a replacement cable. The suggestion that I'd get a new cable from the manufacturer, only made him more agitated and he began shouting that he made the decision, that he stood by it, and that he does work for Moen (as if me requesting a replacement cable would cause problems for him and Moen). I tried to explain to him that Moen wasn't going to interrogate me about why I was asking for a cable and they weren't going to know he was involved, but he just kept yelling that he'd made a decision and he stood by it and he didn't even know why he was arguing with me. I didn't know why he was arguing with me either. I've turned off power at the breaker and will have to leave it that way until I can find the money to hire an electrician. I could have offered my neighbor a case of beer to install it, but I chose to use a licensed plumber so that I would know that it was installed correctly. Man, was that a mistake. I hired a professional, got the results of a handyman, and some verbal abuse on the side."
