Michael is our go-to guy, he's insanely smart, hard working and quite frankly really easy to get along with. Don't get me wrong, I like everyone they've ever sent over, but he is the kind of guy you think, I'd like to hang out with this guy he seems cool, but also able to fix your industrial computerized glycol cooling system LOL"

They promised they would go to my 55+ (most owners are 75+) community to turn the boilers back on then called me back and said they wouldn't because I didn't have a contract with them. Not professional and did not want to help this HOA in need."
