"This is a review for services NOT done. Which is exactly why I'm writing it. Chad came out to give us a quote on replacing two aging hot water heaters that work together (a big family with big hot water needs lived in our house before us!). He not only told me the heaters were still in good shape, he explained how the system works and assured me that even if one broke, it would be a quick fix to shift over to using just the one that still worked. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot, just in case I wanted to have the work done anyway. In short, this honest and thoughtful plumber talked himself out of job today, but guaranteed that he will be our go-to plumber in the future."

"I will ALWAYS tell anyone asking about a plumber to call Chad at One Way!! I wish I had a stack of business cards and a few refrigerator magnets to hand out! We work very hard for the money we have and quality work and trust is everything. They fixed a broken gas line!! Who KNEW!!!??!? A few years ago we had several plumbers out to give me an estimate and One Way came out and we decided to go with them. I had a broken gas line in my yard. Those guys worked very hard to fix the pipe and it was a dirty job. SO MUCH DIGGING!!! They were open and honest and reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all my plumbing needs. Also... They went above and beyond and even took a look at my toilet after getting the gas line replaced at no cost. Just wonderful honest company. And let me tell you... I've never had another problem since they did that work 5 years ago for us on that gas line or toilet!!"
