"Update: I received a call from Ashley and she was very helpful. She was able to refund us for the repair that was done that wasn't needed. She helped set up account settings in order to avoid these issues in the future. Although my experience was not what we expected, they did make it right. Our hotel called Airco to come and give us a quote to fix 1 water line to our water heater. We never received notification that the tech was on his way. Once the tech arrived he began the work without providing a quote first. Then the work that was completed was 2 repairs when we only needed one repair. When we contacted the techs supervisor he stated that the technician was new and that we should have been charged twice as much and would not do anything to remedy this issue. We are a major hotel chain and we have processes that needed to take place such as receiving a quote and having it approved by corporate before work is completed."

"Professional, timely, respectful, conscientious of safety and compliance concerns along with a bit of friendly education to a consumer. Airco Service employee Bryan McKay (sales) was very informative about the products (hot water tank) efficiency, usage, life span and ways to make it last longer by doing a flush, discussed different options and pricing, even took a minute to look at my ceiling fan and to give us a quote on a new heat and air unit. He also called us the same day to say that the tank we agreed on was not in their warehouse and would need to be ordered and install would be Thursday. The one they had was a couple hundred dollars more, but same quality and we went with that one for an earlier install and was told there would be no price increase to us as it was not our fault it was not in stock. - highly recommend and will call him when we are ready, he even sent us a nice and personalized thank you note in the mail - these things matter - promote him! The Airco installers Michael, Garnett, and Dakota went above and beyond to ensure safety and compliance measures were met. Our house was built in 1969 and was not up to code and they took care of us at no extra cost or inconvenience to us. The two main installers were here a bit longer only to ensure our safety. It was a wonderful and joyful experience and I want them to know that we noticed - we highly recommend Airco based on our experience. I was also highly impressed with the red carpet they laid out to ensure there was no damage to our flooring when they rolled in the tank and the attention they gave to the clean up process before leaving. The only negative was that the service department never called us back about our water leak and sink installs. We ended up working with a colleague of ours to complete these task. However, this will not stop us from using Airco again based on the above aforementioned experience."

"Called Airco for our Frigidaire Microwave that would start and stop abruptly. Airco tech made it out same day, which was nice but quickly told us the circuit board was out and would be $900-1100 plus labor to be fixed. He did not pull the microwave out or inspect anything. His diagnosis took like than 2 minutes. We opted to purchase a new microwave ($1300). We took the old microwave to a friend for her to try and scrap it and make some $ on it. She got into the microwave (like I wish the tech did) and quickly realized it was a $14 dollar part that went bad, replaced it in 5 minutes and had it running. Called Airco back on 2/5 to let them know they misdiagnosed it which ultimately cost me over $1000 dollars because I trusted their opinion and they said they would make note of it and told me they also do plumbing and generators. Would not use them again, the tech we got didnt care about our issue just wanted to get to the next call. All in all, Airco cost us over $1000 dollars. As you can see in the picture, not the motherboard."

"Great customer service, professional, knowledgeable, and fast service. I had my HVAC redone. New Ac, new furnace, they checked my breaker and did work to make it safer, took out my old flume and installed a new flume, and they found and worked on a leak on my water heater. They went above and beyond! I will use them again when the old house gives me more problems. I had a technician come out to give an estimate on my 1973 GE furnace that would not light anymore. He not only provided the estimate but he looked at my furnace to see if it would relight and start working. He found it was unsafe and was putting out carbon dioxide in the house and didn’t relight it. I’ve had multiple company’s come out and not find that kind of issue. Basically was a lifesaver for me and my family, my dogs, and my cat."
