"I am very pleased with the service I received from assurance. Called just to see if we could get it running better and add a remote keypad. Decided at last minute to just replace my old door opener. Brandon did a great job and communicated every thing very well. I'm deaf so he worked extra hard to make sure I understood. Had a small problem the next day with the wall buttons and they immediately came out and fixed me right up. Very pleased with the service and love my new smooth operating door and keypad!!! Great job guys!"

"Requested service on three twenty year old, high end, custom garage doors. Easy online appointment. Although I could tell they were busy, they called to offer to work us in on the same day. The service technicians were able to fix both doors that I was having problems with. One required a new motor. Did not try to upsell or scam me. The techs were very professional. No vaping, smoking or cursing. They were felt safe leaving them in my garage. They were trustworthy, had good communication skills and were knowledgeable about almost all issues with these old systems. Their supervisors were quick to answer when they had questions beyond their experience. And when we had a couple of issues related to the age of the systems, the owner personally called me and was able to get it all resolved. Overall seems like a great company and I have no complaints."
