"I been a valued customer for years. I went in to buy a 75in tv and the remote was missing buttons (t.v won't operate without a remote) so I called and asked to speak to the manager "REGINA" just a waste of my time . I said I can't operate it . Oh yes u can dollar general, Walmart all sale universal remotes for 10$ Then when I told her Ill just get my money back cause basically she was rude and she go say do u have a warranty like I ain't getting nothing back nor will she help me She don't value customers and it is bad for there business careful is the word for this pawn shop with her as manager she willing to screw and be sarcastic"
"I have never seen a sales person try so hard to not make a sale. I went in right after 5 pm. There was 2 ladies behind the counter, they were in the middle of a fire arm sale. According to the older lady I had to wait 45 minutes, I went back around 6:10 and I was told it was too late to purchase a fire arm because it takes more than 45 minutes. She told me to come back Wednesday (today is Monday)"
