She was very helpful and patient with us. My fiance is very picky about what he's looking for. We didn't end up finding the ring we were looking for but we'll definitely be back. "So I came into this store today with two one cart diamond earrings that graded at SI1 and I color and they offered me $130 dollars for the total of 2ct good clean diamonds I have never left a review on anything but that is the biggest rip off I have ever seen and heard I worked a pawn shops in Utah and this place is the worst pawn shop I have ever seen would not recommend this pawn shop to anyone looking to get a loan they know nothing and are just out here to take advantage of you drive literally 100 miles to go somewhere else please I am begging anyone that reads this review this place needs to be closed down and all employees need to be fired I understand needing to make money but to down right rob people is what they are doing. Her name was constence I am probably spelling it wrong but if corporate reads this she needs to be fired because she just lost you good money on that deal and everybody I tell I hope you guys as a company do something about this or that explains why this shop should get shut down."

"The only reason I’m giving them a one star is because there is no option for a zero score. This particular ezpawn is literally the worst pawn shop I’ve ever gone to in my entire life and I’ve been to a few in my day!! I went in there with two said objects that go for 500-600 used on eBay and that is the lowest price you’ll find, they Offered me me like 600 for both which was fine, I know they got to make there money too. The thing that got me is that when I asked would you like the rest of these the dude was like hell yeah and so I went home and brought them up there and he typed it all in and said I got your for like 550 dollars for all 5 of them. I asked him what are you talking about you just offering me like 250 a piece for the first two and now they went down to 110 a piece. At this point I’m Flabbergasted!! I asked him if there might be a mistake and the man told me oh I made a mistake the first time around which was not the case. The reason I know this is because the next day I went to another ezpawn and sold two of them for 250 a piece, so what does that tell you??? This man was trying to get up on me just so his sells would look nice. If I would have sold them to him at that price he would have easily made a 600 dollar Profit. It’s either he was trying to screw be over and take advantage of me and his manager was probably behind it because he kept going to the back to talk to her which hasn’t been the first time a ezpawn has tried to do this, or he had no clue what he was doing and has no business being by himself. So if the worker that is helping you is a older gentleman in his 40s wearing glasses and has long hair with a ponytail ask for someone else or go to another store. Your safe best is to go to another store to be completely honest with you. I’m disgusted that this is they way they would treat someone."
