"Kevin along with Tyler together came and installed a HVAC system in our home today. Both were very cordial with a “can do” attitude and expedient in the installation. The communication throughout was stellar. They under promised and over delivered. As an example, I was informed that it would take most of the day to install the system. It was virtually only half the day! They completed the install in around 4.5 hrs. I reached out to 4 different HVAC companies and did a comprehensive analysis of each. Two of the companies we have relationship with the owners. We expected that we would go with one of those two. We didn’t. Liberty Air demonstrated that they desired our business and followed up with me during the bidding process. The others not as much.
