"I cracked my screen. When I called they had a same day appointment so I brought my phone. They fixed it and I picked it up a few hours later and the guy even put a screen protector on. When I got home, I noticed my hard button press was not working. I called and the guy said it was under warranty but the guy who deals with androids had gone home. I asked if the manager would call me the next day. A week later, I still had not got a call so I called. He said that the screen had not arrived. They assured me the manager would call. It has now been 2 more weeks (a total of 3 weeks since my phone broke) and still no call. Each time I call, I get put n hold for at least 5 minutes before someone actually gets on the line."
