I had requested roadside from Progressive and they first got me contacted to another service provider, but that provider seemed like all they cared about was getting paid for their miles (which I understand that is how they get paid, but in progressives system it showed the right address but on their side they said it was something different. I politely said I would reach out to progressive to get it fixed and they replied back, well I ain’t going until it gets fixed in a very rude way.) so when I called Progressive back I asked if they could connect me to someone else and they got me connected to Fat Alan’s Recovery which exceed my expectations.
