"My wife asked for a carton of Marlboro full flavor menthol and the guy behind the counter gave her Marlboro menthol lights. The cartons are the same except for a lighter green. She only noticed it when she opened the first pack and saw the white filter. They will not trade the remaining 9 unopened packs for the ordered product She is left with a 70 dollar carton of cigs that she can't smoke. Not a happy camper"
