"We had water spraying out and had to turn off the water. We called them Tuesday morning and they said they would go out Tuesday evening to look at it and we had to pay a service fee to go out, which would be credited if we had them do the repair. They called again Tuesday evening and said they need our authorization to schedule someone to go out and that we would be charged a service fee. They finally went out Wednesday morning and then it took 2 days to get a quote so that we could get the work done. It ended up being a faucet that needed replaced and it took them 4 days to do it. I am not complaining about the work they did just the process to get it done."
