"My restaurant started using Brookes Grease service to clean and empty our grease trap at our location. After using them for almost a year we started having plumbing issues throughout our building. When we had plumbers out to address the situation it cost us almost $4000 to get things back to good all because they only skimmed the top of the trap when they did their so called cleaning. Causing grease to back up in the building and clog drains throughout the building. When we told them that we would not be using their service anymore because of A, B and C their response was to charge me $3 a day for the remainder of the contract they breached by not doing the service correctly in the first place. I will be fighting them on this and taking them to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely horrible!!"
