Julian H.made sure to do his diligence checking all drains and ,honestly We felt that he cared about plumbing issue.We plan to have Roto rooter again,this is our 2nd maintenance on our lines ,due to tree growth, and the technician last time ,and Julian today were both great,Julian H.went even further to help resolve our issue,He exceeded our expectations. "Contacted the Yukon location to clean our line as we had a back up in both of our showers. They were prompt in arriving. We have a septic system and the technician was quick to blame the problem on the tank being full and needing cleaned out. Usually I would do some diagnostics myself but was unable to as I just got home from the hospital. So I contacted my reputable septic service company and upon a quick diagnostics, he told me we had a clogged line. He removed a grease accumulation that was blocking the inlet to the tank, and magically no more clogged line. Septic systems must be rocket science for Roto Rooter. Apparently this tech needs to brush up on septic system plumbing. $140.00 for bad advice! Thanks a lot."
