"Great choice for local computer service and repair. The staff is kind, knows what they are doing, and focuses on making sure the customer gets the issues solved. I went here because I knew any standard place would just tell me to replace my laptop of a few years when the fan started messing up. The two people running this store took the time to listen to my diagnostics I had done myself, looked for possible replacement parts, and then just rebuilt my fan as well as repaired my wireless connector that had been broken for years. They go above and beyond service and are trying to engage with customers at the level the customer is comfortable with. I know I will come back if I am just seeking advice on any hardware issues on any PCs."

"If I could give Norman Computers six stars I absolutely would, because I have seldom had such a great customer service experience! I came into the store last week with an unreadable external hard drive, and Mark (owner of Norman Computers) managed to retrieve the almost 450 Gigabytes of data that I had on it. He was entirely pleasant to talk to the entire time, kept me updated on progress with texts and phone calls, and even invited me to his monthly lunch and get-together with his other regular customers!
