The technician arrived on time and was patient when I had difficulty in opening the door. He was nice, professional and gave the quote before he started. He fixed the leak problem fairly quick and did a good job."

Then they called to let us know Tech was en route, and passed along our request that he call so we could meet him at the garage- we have very noisy dogs that get really wound up if the doorbell rings! "Unfortunately our furnace went out last week. It and my AC unit lived good lives of 20 years. Called Hill & Company because of their review scores as well as the number of them. I have to say the entire team did an amazing job. Jeff was outstanding in his thoroughness in inspecting the units as well as uncovering a serious issue of the exhaust vent being broken which was pumping carbon monoxide in to our attic. (The roofing company in Norman who caused this won't get this type of review...). He explained everything in detail and gave me numerous options to consider without a hard close. It was a common sense close that as someone with 20+ years in sales I respect. It was made even better that the units could be installed the next day. Ryan, Angel, Daniel, and Eddie were professional, thorough, and fast. Completed the job 90 minutes ahead of planned. Ryan explained the new thermostat features to me and ensured not only that the new furnace and AC were working before they left, but that I also knew everything about it. As an aside- they left my garage cleaner than how they found it. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for new HVAC units. Top notch experience and I'm now a satisfied lifetime customer."

"I was so impressed with this company! Our heating unit went out right before Thanksgiving & I was not looking forward to the whole process of getting a new one. Jeff, however, was amazing. He went through the entire house and inspected everything pertaining to our heat & air. He was up front about what we needed versus what we didn’t really need. There was no pressure to purchase anything. The workers were here the very next day. Some were working in the attic, adding new duct work, others were installing a new heating unit inside the house while still others were outside installing our new air conditioning unit. Hill & Company really made this whole crazy situation a very pleasant experience. They all went above & beyond to help us out. I was also impressed with how clean everything was when the workers were finished. We will definitely be using them again"
