"Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for."

You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer."
