"I used them to come out and unclog my main line before the pandemic and it was great service. Prompt, fair, and very professional. That experience was 5 Star. The issue I had was my outside sewer line ran under a tree and it had to be removed before I could have the damage caused by roots to be repaired. Fast forward to this month, I had the tree removed and was calling around to get estimates and frontier was top of my list. I was giving a $7,000 estimate without coming out and looking at it again. When I expressed that I had a $1500 estimate from another company a couple years ago, the lady basically called me I liar. Told me she knew that wasn't true. Being that estimate was a couple years ago, I knew it would be higher in today's economy. I've had multiple estimates this month and they have ranged from, $2,900 to $3,600. And then there is frontiers $7k... Lady on the phone was very unprofessional and not near the experience I had a couple years ago. They are way to expensive and they give estimates off of 2 year old memories"
