"Called Chuck for several repairs. First on a dryer I had. Chuck didn’t bs me he was honest about how it wasn’t worth fixing and I appreciated the honesty. Second time I called him out to repair my fridge. When he got there he knew exactly what was wrong with it and was able to educate me on the problem.
