Let me say right up front they are top-notch and professionals in every sense. We don’t think that we could have found a better company to handle our repairs and would definitely with out hesitation use them again. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable on what they do. You could tell by talking with Fred that he really cares about what he does and also in providing quality service to his customers. He also took the time to respond to questions as they came up. Zac was the technician who came out and he was very polite and professional and kept us informed on the progress of the repair. When they give you a time you can count on them being there. "Outstanding repair company. Performed warranty repair work on our new LG gas stove. One burner never worked right. Had the local installer out twice and they couldn't figure out the issue. Contacted LG and they sent the repair workorder to Tish TV and Appliance. Incredible customer service - Fred (owner) is a great guy. They kept us in the loop through the whole process (parts from LG, etc). He fixed our stove and it works perfect. Locally owned too. FIVE PLUS STARS."
