"Great service and prices"
"So very thorough, helpful and always going above and beyond! Top notch service"
"Came Out Right Away And Figured Out The Issue Immediately. Great Customer Service! Would Definitely Recommend."
"Overcharging if you're not a local and not completing what was agreed upon for the price. Glad Tri county came and finished up for a very reasonable price. They also like to send bills for home visits that were never done to my knowledge. Oh and thank you for covering up the ditches I had already paid to be dug, so I had to dig them again by hand which landed me in the hospital."
"I was in the process of selling my home when a prospected buyer didn’t like the way the toilets were secured (stained concrete in the bathroom so the toilets set on spacers instead of flush to the ground). The prospected buyer and I agreed to get a licensed plumber out to the house to either; 1. Sign off on the toilets as safe and secure if there wasn’t a fix they could do. –Or- 2. Submit me a quote to fix the toilets at my expense. I contacted Newton Plumbing with my situation. To their credit they had 2 guys out to my house the same day. After checking both toilets it was determined they could fix the toilets to set flush on the ground. The plumbers called their boss to get a ballpark estimate on the fix. I feel they were giving me a fair rate for the proposed job. I told them to get me a written quote for the fix and I would follow up with their office to schedule the fix after the house contract was signed by the buyer. Both gentlemen left the house approximately 10 minutes after they arrived. A few days later the sale fell through prior to Newton getting me the written quote. I followed up with the Newton to let them know I would not be scheduling the fix at this time. A few weeks later I received an invoice in the mail for $88. I called the office to ask why I was getting charged $88 for a quote. I was told it wasn’t for the quote; it was for them to tell me what I needed (to me that sounds a lot like a quote). I told their office I didn’t think this was fair because I never received the quote, inspection report, or had any work done. Fast forward a week and I received a work order report form in the mail stating the toilets were inspected safe and secure for use. They had a quick turnaround and the verbal price for the work was fair in my opinion. If I was in a bind I would call them again however I will always feel I was taken advantage of in this encounter."
