"I loved my windows and doors. A remodel necessitated replacement of all. However, one of the enclosed shades in one of the very expensive doors broke. I have called several times over the past several months to have it repaired....to no avail. Of course, COVID has been the excuse. I recommend that you go elsewhere for your new windows and doors because the quality of their customer service post-payment is very disappointing."
