"Crook! He charged my mother almost double what the unit costs, and then $1000 in labor for two kids to come and take way too long to install (1 day). He didn't even equip the house to cool entirely, as was requested. He blamed her for how she was setting the unit, and also said that later he could place another unit at the other end of the house (I won't let this happen, I guarantee it). To top it all off, I have called and left my number so we can discuss the situation like men, and he refuses to return my calls. Stay away from Mike! He will take advantage of you, especially if you are an older single female!"
