After 2 days of working on it, he gave us constant updates and let us know where he was in the process. He found our CPU had died, and even looked up some cheap replacements. We decided to buy our own and upgrade, and he installed it without any problems. After all of that trouble shooting he still tried to charge us only $35 for diagnosis. We tipped him very well because we felt his time was worth so much more than he asked for. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I won't take my computer products anywhere else.
