"we left our computer there for a week. we told them it was running slow, and the cd/dvd drive wasn't working properly. after a week there, they had restored it to factory settings, and said the cd/dvd drive was working properly. they charged 129$ and change. after getting it home, we found that the cd/dvd drive was still broken. I spent 4 hours with a dell technician and totally examined every bit of the machine. the cd/dvd needs replacing. all they did was click the 'restore' button at computer masters. they did no actual work on the computer, and when I called the next day after receiving the machine, it is 4 working days later and still no call back from them. we had to restore all the software updates, restore the virus protection, and the internet connections. all computer masters did was make a mess of our computer. I do not recommend them for any service."
