"If you are needing an honest company to buy or service a water softener for your home, look no further. We were referred to this company from the manufacturer of the water softener that we own. Our softener was only a few years old. They were not the original installers. The person who did install it did not put a valve on top stop the hot water from backing up into the softener and the softener got damaged by this. Because this was going to be a very expensive repair to the softener, it wasn't worth putting the money into it for us. Crusader water systems stepped up and helped us out even though it was not their responsibility to do so. Not the manufacturer of the softener but this repair company. You do not see this kind of integrity in companies or individuals as much these days. We are just blown away by their caring attention and attitude to help us out. God bless this company and the workers for being who they are. We highly recommend them for their products and service and will continue to use them in the future."
