Fires & Sons was very quick to come over to our house, check through everything, and then order a new unit to install. Mr. Fires checked with me regularly before ordering anything so that I could know all the options I had and the costs to be expected. I very much appreciated that. When the new unit and parts came in, the installation was completed rather quickly by Mr. Fires and his crew, yet it was done with thorough and careful detail. The costumer service provided by Fires & Sons was excellent, and I will highly recommend them to anyone needing AC servicing, just as they were highly recommended to me by some friends."
