"Very fun to visit every year, great for all ages, sitting areas are clean, the different stores are wonderful to visit. Lots of great different kinds of food. It brings you back to years gone by, love seeing all the wooden walkways and the old time photos are amazing!"
"A must stop when to are here. It may not be the true past but it’s like stepping back into it if it was. The place is amazing and the little stores have a lot of personality. They also have a little bit of local history on display."
"This is an amazing part of the park. It is so fun to walk around and see all of these historical buildings. It is so unique and is a great place to go to get away from the crowds. There is so much to explore here and it is amazing. There is also one ride here in Rattlesnake Rapids which is incredible."
"What a random little ghost town in the middle of the amusement park! In 4th grade we would come here on a field trip during our pioneer history unit. Having to read boring plaques and walk though this little town while around rollercoasters was agonizing, but now it's actually a kind of relief. We always pass though here on our way to rattlesnake rapids."
"I am astonished at the collection of artists that Lagoon has managed to obtain over the years. It is truly an historical treasure. I especially love all the old pill bottles, in many cases pills still in there. Those can be seen in the ove cream shop. The old Lagoon jail is a fun reminder of the past as well. They used to have a token collection, but that appears to be gone now."
