"I called and Mrs. Betty K. Answered the phone. I Called to ask if the store carried a certain product. Betty said they had a smaller size. I asked for the price and waited for a response. The smaller a half gallon was 12.99 which is $2 cheaper than the gallon in which they didn’t carry. I told the Betty that Walmart carries the gallon for $15 that’s really high. She said then Go to Walmart! I replied well that’s incredibly friendly! After hanging up she called back and left a voicemail in which she stated: I’m sorry you thought I was rude for telling you to go get it at Walmart, but I thought you were rude for telling me you could get it cheaper. I called back to ask for the name of Mrs. Bettys supervisor and she gave me two different people. I asked when they would be in and she said I don’t know. She said she had a witness in the store who herd our conversation and I said that’s fine. She then said call Scarlett I’ll give you her number. I said ok that’s fine. She evidently couldn’t find her supervisors number and asked me to call back. I waited for 20 mins and called back and she didn’t answer the phone. I waited a while longer and blocked my number and called back. She answered within the third ring. I asked her if I could please get Scarlett’s phone number and she rattled it off, I read it back to her to confirm. I called Mrs. Scarlett and I am awaiting a call back."
