"I love the drive thru. They accommodate me due to my truck sits very high & makes me hang out of the window to reach what is in the drawer. They putt everything into a bag & push it all the way forward so I can reach it more safely."

"Paid for a $45 t-mobile card. Went home and spent 20 minutes trying to get it to work before finally calling customer service who said it wasn't a valid card and it needs to be taken back to the point of purchase. Took it back to this Walgreens and they told us there was nothing they could do for us. No suggestions on what to do. Just too bad so sad, you're out $45."

"10/17/23 around noon tried to go in to get help printing some photos out of recently deceased loved ones for the funeral. The person who came over to help was RUDE AND VERY IRRITATED that I was even asking her any questions. I finally told her I would take my business elsewhere! SERIOUSLY THE MANAGER HERE NEEDS TO TEACH THEIR EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE. BECAUSE THE WORDS 'CUSTOMER SERVICE ' on her name badge does not apply to them."

Then I go and ring up my stuff. Not a thank you, nothing. White person walks in hi how are you? How was your day? That's pretty messed up."
