"Brand new facility. The 1/2 beef I purchased was cut skillfully and packaged in labeled vacuum sealed bags. The cut sheet is fully customizable. H&H must use a new kind of tenderizer machine because those cuts were the best I’ve ever seen. Chicken fried steaks that held onto the coating, cooked evenly and so tender. I highly recommend this butcher and will be returning."
