"You know a lot of folks complain but it is very much my experience, you get what you put out. This place was very helpful, friendly, fast unloading, they worked me in very quickly. Not sure about over night parking, however there is a large dirt lot at a truck stop right off of 55 before you get to 177, its the 2nd station on your left right before 177. Clean restroom and good place there too."

"Bring your lunch when you deliver here. It seems that appointments mean nothing here, they will unload the trucks with product they need before those they don't need. Check-in begins at 0430 No overnight parking although you can park along Mingo road as I was directed to do."

"We brought one trailer loaded as it was Drop off the load not live unloading. They hold the trailer 3 months inside there is a load. Whenever we call to them, None responding and working properly. I dont know they are drunk and very rude to people. Need a better people and management. There is the Security Girl always lying the people. They make three driver to check it the loaded trailer. They wasted the time. True lyers. They promised to unload the trailer on Friday. But They are off on that day. They dont know of how done the agreement even. I will mark 0 this facility"

"Pray you never have to do a live unload here. ALWAYS, keep water and some food in your truck. I arrived at 5a for a 5a appointment. It's now nearly 11a, and still waiting. If your company doesn't have the infrastructure for drop n hook, this place will have you considering a change. Should be able to get plenty of sleep here. Unless the drop lot needs your spot."

"If you brought wheels, like me, then drive from the gate directly straight to the building and you will hit the dock.Receiver start at 3am. The first truck was unloaded and I was told to wait in the truck until 4pm. Very disorganized dumb place"
