"Went here for probably 15 years and was always satisfied with the friendly and helpful employees until this visit. Today was told their battery tester wasn't working and I'd have to go somewhere else. I was like ok well I don't need it tested cause I know it's the battery so how much for the cheapest new battery I can get for a 2000 Mercury Sable? Was told it would be $185 and then when I said I'd pay for it, dude argues about putting it in the car for me. Debated with the other employee who was there about who would do it. Acted like I was a bother and then refused to do it, continued to argue about what the problem was, alternator, etc. Fantastic. Went to AutoZone, got an $99 battery installed. No questions Just did it. Car is running great now. You lost a customer Advance - because of this employee."
