"At first he sold my boyfriend and I a radiator and told us if we had any issues bring it back. Well it ended up leaking when we put it in. So we brought it back and he gave us a new one that wasn't fit for our vehicle. We ended up just buying a new one because we live an hour from Wichita and was tired of driving back and forth. We took the wrong part because for a refund and he refused to refund it. And then agreed to do a partial refund. Even though we drove an hour just to come back.. He made me pop my hood just to prove that we bought a new one. Then he was taunting my boyfriend acting like he was gonna swing on him. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend doing business here."
"I have several things to say about this business. First off I think the grumpy old man is just that...a grumpy old man. He probably has reasons to be grumpy. Second you can not go to a SALVAGE yard and expect off the assembly line parts. That is the risk in trying to save some money. I just recently bought some rims for my truck from them and they were very helpful. Now the rims had some scratches but I EXPECTED that. I made the choice to go there and be thrifty. Lastly I honestly just believe that some people now days are just too sensitive. A junk yard is dirty and rough so don't expect Marriott service. All I can say is that they had what I was looking for and I am happy with it."
