"These guys did my Truck system a few years ago. Had a mechanic shop do my heater core recently and they pulled the dash when they went to put it back I guess they caught a couple of wires. Called Audio outlet to see if they could take a look at it and explained what happened and told me it might it might not be covered under their warranty since someone else had pulled the dash etc. (which I completely understood). They went ahead and found my problem and fixed it and replaced my Mic for the radio free of charge. Even though it wasn’t their fault. These guys have been super awesome and helpful with each of my experiences with them. I definitely recommend them for any of your tinting or audio needs."
