"The atm was down and when I asked the man (taller in stature, long black hair pulled back) at the counter to do cash back so I could pull out $40 (2 transactions) his response was "Yeah, no. I'm not about to do that. You can go somewhere else to an ATM." I didn't realize that it was THAT inconvenient for him to help me when MULTIPLE store associates have done it before. I think it was more the attitude and him immediately walking away from me when I went to ask for directions because I'm not from owasso. They used to have such sweet people behind the counter... what happened??"

"I frequent this location and have had all positive experiences except with one lady who works the day shift. She is a white female, gray/brownish long hair in a ponytail, and has missing teeth. This sales associate is the rudest worker I’ve ever encountered...the last straw was when I went today with a question about previously purchased money orders. I spoke to another employee, the manager, who politely answered my questions. The “ponytail” lady yelled at me and rolled her eyes at me. I complained to the manager that the sales associate is ALWAYS unprofessional and rude. If I ever step foot inside this Kum & Go again, I will be dealing with anyone but the rude lady."

"I frequent this store because it's less than a mile away from home and I prefer KG over QT. For the most part I have a decent experience but there is this one lady in particular that watches me as if I'm up to no good. She never speaks or anything just watches me. I myself am a store manager and I've done it for a very long time. I know how people should be treated and that is not the way to do it. I have never given any reason for her to question me. I come in and speak to everyone make my purchase and leave. I honestly think she's racially biased. I think that's extremely sad. However I went to a different location and had a great experience. Guess I won't be visiting this location anymore."
