"Wonderful hike! From the parking lot, you walk down to the river where there are bathrooms available. From there, you'll start hiking through the rocks up toward the falls, not a very difficult hike and plenty of small falls to see on the way"

"Exceptional hidden gem, a local told me to go here bc the falls were flowing and it was rare. What more can you ask for than a waterfall in the desert with the ability to cliff jump and a less than nothing hike to get there! The drive in was spectacular as well!"
"Gunlock Falls is a great destination for anyone looking for a refreshing time. We visited this place to see how good the falls are and it is beautiful. I don’t understand why google shows two locations, one for the parking lot and another one for the actual falls. Both are connected. If I have to choose, I have to say that the falls location is where the fun is. It is a beautiful spot where water runs off the gunlock reservoir in a way that the water spreads out forming a flat river that falls into several waterfalls. For what I notice, you can stay in the reservoir campground and start the adventure up there or just park down the trail and hike up to the falls. Definitely and overcrowded place but worth the visit. Note this is a paid fee area and you will be asked to pay with a card, cash or using the app. Please read my review for the parking/hike lot for more details."
