"Honestly nothing really bad happened but I was a new patient at this office and I just didn’t feel like the dentist cared at all. He didn’t care to learn my mouth or ask any additional questions. I have been religiously going to the dentist every 6 months since I was a kid and this was the quickest dentist appointment I’ve ever been too. I even brought my bite guard in from my old dentist and Dr Goldberg didn’t bother to look at it just told me to bring it to the front desk and she could quote me for a new one…how did he know if I needed a new one without even looking at it first? No updated cavity probe used or anything."
